Our policy lasts 7 days with no restocking fees. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

- Once it is received and inspected we will ship the replacement item for the cost of shipping.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
RETURNS / STORE CREDIT
We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the receive date
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
- Returns must include your packing slip
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, bralettes, hats, beanies, shoes, jewelry will not be accepted. Sale items and holiday items also cannot be returned.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-7 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. The credit NEVER expires. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

The Packing Slip for your Return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Items not eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit. If those not eligible items are sent to us, standard shipping rates will apply to return them.
